EMOTE

POEM

Glitching alongside dusk lit storefronts
Silent, bloodcurdling hiss seethes from both ear canals
Sand bags on my head no longer feel light
Eroded sunwashed street signs, neither, make sense
Survive, solely says the GPS in the midst of a theme park
Freak of nature
Sinking into set cement
Exists in an invisible black pixel of the universe,
Yet convinced, by cruel beasts, the weight of life is his

Hours and emotes taste synthetic
Tomorrow and death come and go
We’re all just crushed space dust

Send ta-cos? 🌮 My 1st official Ko-fi goal is to publish my first poetry book. I’ve wrapped up adding all of the collection’s newly-revised poems into organized chapters on my Lists for anyone who’d like to take an extended visit in my head. The title and theme is “WELCOME TO MY WORLD” showcasing different areas of my mind and life through a curated collection of my work.

Chapter 0: I'VE BEEN WAITING.
