The format of this poem is important to me, so I put a screenshot first. ✌️

KANGAROOS SLAM UP NORTH

Sunshine
Fun days
Underwear
Underwater
Can't swim

Rolling sodium carries my head spiraled across the sea
Bleached rose gold and black float ‘round fool’s face
With the tepid tide rising, going, dropping
Resting me toasted on beaches increasing in brightness

Popped, scan, continue local studies

I walk the line, inhaling, smiled longer

My brain is too curious, knows he exists
Trapped behind ocean walls
Says, dropping anchors is loony
Wants to know what’s outside, what more’s hidden
Questions for infinity
We’re a team, I run, plut across the slipping waterfoot
Madly
Ironic the reason; learned so little!
