Summer sheets hold the sun and seas
POEM
The format of this poem is important to me, so I put a screenshot first. ✌️
Summer sheets hold the sun and seas
Your neck smells like zero-G and shampoo
This mattress is a portal to new dimensions
On silver clouds, I am laid, open hand outstretched,
in soft fingers pressed
— the other, washed in your curves
My dreams will be dripping in your essence
The moon is blind to our bedroom, though profoundly it
glimmers in the irises locked on mine, as the celestial
tide rises and dips, rises and dips, our warm bodies and
stormy
showers in summer heat’s entanglement, rocking wood
sailboat rowing moaning waves, and loud wind, aimed
for the jets of near cosmic horizon
Your legs sway fiercely, and the torrents fall
