The sun and the moon

There in the pale rocks, beneath black tundra, hot light,
a quiet defrost began. The unlimited night creeped away
smooth over the endless subzero, traveling sol . . .
My, what an orbit, felt but never before seen, revealed
in a glorious spectrum. Two contrasting reflections
dancing, swaying, floating through space. Both in awe,
witnessed.

Time got lost in her immaculate gravitation. Infinity's
loops are never visible. The coordinates set drifted with
the music, didn't it? Crystal kisses and burning cheeks.

Shifting bodies.

Love trails—coming, going, entangled.

He's not the blue planet for her verdant, pure sunshine.

Stationary silver. Jupiter aurora.

Was his radiation always so lucid? Glowing in the dark.
